hi, read ur posts, took quite some time as u r a prolific writer :) hope u fine. i stay on the other side of the border, just two days travel from blaiteng. google maps dirang, west kameng. hop over...it is not that difficult if u have an indian visa. permit can be arranged. takes 2 days from samdrup jongkhar via tezpur. might hop over in november, if i get time i will drop by in tsenkharla...mai: timintibet@hotmail.com. cheers!
